Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition with hygiene stickers and tags attached, then pack them securely in the original shipping bag.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
